These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Obi Wizard Inc. website at obiwizard.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Obi Wizard Inc. (“Obi Wizard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a holding company based in Houston, Texas. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site provides information about Obi Wizard Inc. and its portfolio brands, including Empowered Pulse, Zen Magic Publishing, The Freelance Client Pipeline (part of Go For More), and Empowered Compass. It also lets you contact us.
The Site does not sell products or services directly. When you buy a product or service from one of our brands, such as marketing services, publishing services, a book, or a course, that purchase is governed by the terms, agreements, and policies of that brand, along with any written contract you sign.
2. Who May Use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Site or submit information through it.

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our written permission.
5. Information You Submit
When you send us information through a form or email, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send us confidential ideas, manuscripts, or business plans through the Site’s contact form. Submitting a message does not create a business relationship, partnership, or confidentiality obligation. Any such relationship requires a separate written agreement.

The Site links to websites run by our portfolio brands and by third parties. Our portfolio brands’ sites are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Any results, experience, or examples described on the Site do not guarantee similar results for you.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, OBI WIZARD INC., ITS PORTFOLIO BRANDS, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Obi Wizard Inc. and its portfolio brands, owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to the Site and These Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Obi Wizard Inc. about your use of the Site.
